What topics will the speakers be presenting?
This conference will be a hybrid, and will include 3 half day masterclasses, and 6 additional platform sessions. Have a peek at our schedule to see all of the content we've curated for you!
What if I purchase a ticket and can't make it?
The tickets are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee. It will be your responsibility to find someone to take the ticket (unless we have a waiting list!). There will be a $75CAD fee applied to any ticket transfers.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard & Visa. If you prefer not to use a credit card, send us an email and we'll arrange an alternate method of payment.
Can you help me find someone to share a room with?
Our Facebook page is the perfect place to find someone to share a room with!
How does the two payment option work?
You will pay half of the ticket price at time of registration, and we'll send you an invoice for the second half April 1st, 2016.
I see that lunch is included, but I can't eat wheat/dairy/nuts/shellfish/etc.
We'll be sending out a questionnaire later on to take care of any of you with dietary restrictions!
What is the Optional Speaker Dine Around?
We would love for your to have an opportunity to connect with both fellow attendees and speakers on the first night of the conference. Canmore is full of really fantastic restaurants! We'll be setting up reservations at a variety of restaurants, and then randomly assigning those of you joining us for dinner to a group. This activity is optional, and you will be required to pay for your own bill.
